Panikhali Rural Development Society

PRDS was founded in 2006 by Subhamoy Khan with the purpose of supporting mothers and children from marginalised families. PRDS works to provide education to students of all ages support mothers through the formation of self help groups to make them aware of their rights. PRDS supports the education of 530 students in our three centres in partnership with Calcutta Connect. We also work with Swapno Puri to facilitate the running of a school and retreat for students from underprivileged backgrounds in Kolkata.
